i found the staff cute and helpful, especially with directions. the proximity to the eiffel tower was a definite plus, i easily walked there every evening. my room had a charming flower arrangement outside the window, it was a lovely detail. a taxi to the airport was arranged quickly and efficiently.
The lighting in my room was not very bright. I would have appreciated better illumination for reading and working.

The hotel was near the Eiffel Tower. A bakery next door offered excellent pastries. Staff were helpful and provided beverages in the room. It was great to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from the window.
The hotel charged extra for a cleaning because of cosmetic powder on the bedspread. The hotel said it would cost 150 euros for cleaning. If the stain didn't come out, it would cost 632 euros. The breakfast had little choice.

the location was acceptable for my needs. it was close to the eiffel tower.
i was put in this very room. the air conditioning was supposedly working, yet i was freezing at night and could not turn it off.

the location was quite good lots of bars were around
i found a blocked sink it was annoying dirty curtains were present too the lack of egg choices at breakfast was also a letdown the staff seemed to wrap it up before the specified time which left me wanting more options the breakfast was very basic anyway
